Dilan and Sydney have been friends for five years and business partners for four out of those five years. They hit it off right away, bonding over shared goals, interests, and a passion for travel and connection. After many conversations about their strengths, challenges, and dreams for the future, they decided to take the leap and create their own tour company in Costa Rica—turning a friendship into a thriving, purpose-driven business. By combining Dilan’s background in tourism and extensive local connections with Sydney’s organizational skills and essential tourist mindset, they created a perfectly balanced business partnership. Deeply knowledgeable about Costa Rica’s culture, nature, and hidden gems, Dilan is the go-to expert for anyone wanting to truly discover the heart of the country.
Meet Sydney
Sydney, born and raised on Long Island, New York, holds a degree in Spanish and International Relations and has been living in Costa Rica for over five years. Sydney is also fluent in English and Spanish. She brings a fun, organized, and welcoming energy to the business. She has now discovered an intense passion for nature, the outdoors, and surfing!
